Online Personal Exhibition MEUM Service Transaction Terms and Conditions

Article 1 (Purpose, Scope of Application, etc.)

The purpose of these terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of MEUM (hereinafter referred to as “MEUM”) and its users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) regarding transactions used to utilize content within the MEUM service operated by NEWEASTART Inc.
Matters not specified in these terms shall follow the provisions set in the MEUM Terms of Use.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms are as follows:
1. "Exhibition" refers to an exhibition created by a User.
2. "Exhibition Period" refers to the period during which the exhibition is made public.
3. "Exhibition End" refers to the time after the public exhibition period has expired.
4. "Archive" refers to a service that can be accessed with limited functionality outside the exhibition period.
5. "Additional Services" refer to paid services provided in addition to the core service of exhibitions.
6. "Service" refers to all paid services (Exhibitions and Additional Services) provided by MEUM.
Terms not defined in these terms shall follow the definitions in the MEUM Terms of Use.

Article 3 (Purchasing Exhibitions and Additional Services)

MEUM shall notify Users of the following matters in an appropriate manner within these terms and the service before purchasing an exhibition to ensure Users understand the transaction conditions accurately and conduct transactions without mistakes or misunderstandings:
1. Seller's name, representative's name, address, telephone number, etc.
2. Specific content such as exhibition period selection, choice of purchase method, input of payment information, confirmation of purchase application, types and prices, method of use, timing of use, and terms of use.
3. Matters related to the right and method of withdrawal of subscription and contract termination, refund, etc.
4. Matters related to consumer damage compensation, complaint handling, and dispute resolution.
The Company may not accept or may hold or later cancel acceptance of a User's exhibition purchase application in the following cases:
1. If the application is not in the real name of the User or uses the name of another person.
2. If false information is provided or required information is not provided.
3. If there is no available service-related facility or there are technical or business issues.
4. If the purchase of the exhibition is determined to be made through theft, such as bulk payments from the same IP, consecutive payments from similar IDs, payments from risky IPs.
5. If a minor under 19 years of age applies without the consent of a legal guardian.
6. If the payment for the purchase has not been made or is unlikely to be made.
7. If the Company determines that the User's exhibition purchase application may harm the interests of the Company and third parties.
The contract for the purchase of an exhibition is established at the point when the Company indicates or notifies the User of the completion of the purchase in the application process, and at this time, the Company immediately provides the User with the contents of the contract, including the matters in each subparagraph of paragraph 1.
Users may use the service after agreeing to these terms and making payment for the exhibition purchase. However, free exhibitions (e.g., those provided via coupons) can be used after agreeing to these terms without a purchase prerequisite.
Exhibitions are categorized into paid and free exhibitions, with paid exhibitions having no expiration date for use, while free exhibitions may have an expiration date.
The Company may notify Users in advance and change or discontinue specific exhibitions, including the type, price, and quantity of payment. However, if such changes or discontinuation are disadvantageous to Users, the Company must individually notify them through electronic means recorded in the MEUM service, such as the User's email registered with the service or consent windows at login.
